Vacation in style, this home is located in Venado, nestled under the trees. The house is an oasis with full privacy. The pool and backyard gazebo are under the canopy, you can watch the monkeys swing overhead, as well as iguanas and tropical birds pass by.
The home is spacious and comfortable. The Upstairs has a Large AC Living space with couches, TV, cable and an outside patio. The Master has a king bed and day bed, with en suit bathroom are also upstairs. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds. All bedrooms have AC.
The Kitchen has new appliances (including a dishwasher) and granite countertops.Outside is a large Patio, outside shower, garden, gazebo and Pool.
Venado is conveniently located just south of Playa Junquillal. Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas are about 20 minutes north, and Playa Marbellas is 20 minutes south.
