Accompanied appointments are separate from consulting hours. Consulting hours cover calls, document review, research, and coordination. You'll be notified when you reach 80% of your included hours. Additional hours available as needed.

No, and that's an important distinction. I'm a consulting and accompaniment service, not a legal service. I can help you understand what your lawyer is saying and what documents mean, but I don't provide legal advice or replace your attorney. For any legal work, you'll need a licensed Costa Rican lawyer, and I'm happy to connect you with trusted ones in the area.

Consulting hours cover the behind-the-scenes work, calls with you, reviewing documents, doing research, and coordinating with your lawyer or agent. Accompanied appointments are when I physically go with you to a bank, office, or legal meeting. These are counted separately, so your consulting hours aren't used up when we attend appointments together.

Each accompanied appointment counts as one day, regardless of how many offices or stops we make on that day. If a process requires returning to the same or a different office on a different day, that counts as an additional appointment. I'll always let you know in advance if a follow-up visit will be needed.

No surprises, I'll notify you when you reach 80% of your included hours so you always know where you stand. Additional hours are available at $65 USD per hour, and I'll always confirm with you before any extra time is billed.
